Keeps getting more disappointing

This app used to be good, but its turned to crap pretty fast.

Where do I start? The app keeps freezing and kicking me out, so its not even usable to begin with.

Also, youre only allowed to send one chat request every 12 hours. I thought it was 9CHAT?! Thus meant for chatting.

Lastly, the cookies are a commodity that is completely stupid and useless. Nobody likes them.

They really need to do something to fix this because theyre just pissing more people off than theyre making happy
